Countries Like US and USA are also facing the sale issue however Asian countries are facing this issue on a large scale . From the past development of HEC now it’s really good to think of scholarship from HEC . Lots of people are in search of scholarships from HEC but the successful students are always limited . The mystery is that HEC of specific country announce top scholarships in top universities and for this they need on merit top students , that’s why there are limited people who click for HEC scholarship as it’s really unaffordable for ordinary student to go for Higher Education at the cost of his own money .

If you want HEC to give you a scholarship for abroad then you must have to get respective score in GRE which is bit difficult to pass . Along with the GRE your past acedamic record should also be good and respectable as per HEC needs .

There is a bit compexity in this discussion , some guys think that Absolute system is good but some guys think that Relative system is good . First of all I would briefy explain both the systems and i’ll leave the result upon my readers , ok? - I think it’s ok ,

• Relative Grading System: Relative grading system is mostly adopted in the semester system , there are few reason’s why , in relative grading system your grading will be dependent on the topper of the class . If one of your class mate has taken 100 out of 100 , then your grading will be compared to that guy and the equivalent grade will be the virtual image of that topper , not only you but whole the class will have the same think . This system is good because , if some teacher make a tough paper and most of the students could not do it well and the final result shows that topper got 40 out of 100 , then whole of the class will be compared to the topper , and there is a probability that all of you guys get pass even after doing a shitty paper . Topper will get A grade even for getting 40 out of 100 . That’s the real beauty of this program . As you guys know that where there is a good thing , there is always some bad thing attached loll , now if the same student get 100 out of 100 marks then your grading will be compared to that guy and there is a probability that you get D grade even if you have got 80 out of 100 . So, everything in this system is one the class average . If you class average is good then you can achieve your goal .
• Absolute Grading system : Now this is another form of grading system , in this system all of the grades are given on the basis of your marks . for example if your marks are between 75-80 then you will get A- grade , if your marks are between 70 -75 then you might get some other grade . In this system every grade is specified on level of your marks and it don not have that much potential as the Relative grading system.

Now what do you guys think which is the good grading system ? - I would wait for your comments , Here is my opinion , I think that relative grading system is marvelous , Reason : In this system everyone tries to get to be a topper and get a A grade , In this system there is a confirm A grade and there is no issue if the teacher make a bad and difficult paper , as reported by most of the students . However in absolute grading system if the teacher make a difficult paper then even a topper can get fail and this is bad with the good students , let me see what your mind can ask ?

Revolution means ‘Change’ - we can bring revolution in the education sector by starting some campaign . First of all why we want to bring revolution and what kind of revolution ? - Well that’s the main question , actually from the past few decades I have seen no change in the education . If you compare the old system with the current system then you won’t see that much transparent change . We are having the same old books , the same old laws but we are not doing any other update in the research . If you can see the school system then you will see that most of the US and USA Schools have started the A,O levels in their system but we are running with the same old systems and theories . We are now bored from this system and we want something change . In this regard I am somewhat satisfied because now I am a university student and our university have just started the semester system . So, I am happy with this semester system in which students have no burdon at all , if the student do his daily work . There are totorial & makeup classes for the convience of the students and this is really great !

Still the SSC Education system in pakistan is on a verge of change but not yet completely changed , most of the government schools are deprived of even good teachers , so how they bring the change if they are still stuck by the teachers problem and some other basic facilities . The next biggest issue for pakistan is the unemployment , Electricity and the food crisis , So how the govt. focus their attention on this minor issue if there are other major issue in front of them . So, I think we shall face the same problem through years and may be we can’t replace it but one thing is for sure that the private firms are doing good and they can bring some change if they are permitted in pakistan and has been given lincence by the government of pakistan . Privatization is the best step I think and these problems can be solved up to some extent by doing this !

Term system is actually a semester system with some changes introduced into it . In this system you will not have any mid term exam , just you have to give the final exam after 5 or 6 months and your total score will be count as 75% as your final exam and 25% as your sessional and quiz . This system is operational in UET Lahore , UET Taxila and the universities affiliated with these UET’s . I think this is the good system but the original semester system is superb, Tern system is not world wide adopted but most of the big universities have adopted this system to bring some revolution in thier system . Some people think that this change is only due to minimize the work , by skiping the mid term exam the burdon on the department teachers and staff minimizes and some people are of the view that this is done only for the sake of teachers and to minimize the working schedule . But whatever the reason , some students like this system and in pakistan it is the most favorite system I think . As far as I know semester system is the best type of Education in which you have to do your daily work , currently , there are a lot of universities in pakistan who are actually having semester system and because of it most of the foreign companies like the pakistani students and prefer them to have a job with them . One can’t deny the tallent of Pakistani’s and Indian’s , whereever they , they bring the revolution in the system and make the system more stable , that may be the reason why they are liked globally . So, I was talking about the semester system , in semester system there can be a lot of type , well the basic criteria is the same but some universities have brought some changes into it . Following are the most common types of semester system . The most important type is the Semester system in which you have 4 month cource and you got two exams , the first one is the mid tern which is 25% , the final exam is 50% and the rest of the 25% contribute to sessional . The other type is the Term system , In ten system you got only one exam which is the final exam and the weitage is about 75% then rest of the 25% contribute to sessionals .
