As far as I know semester system is the best type of Education in which you have to do your daily work , currently , there are a lot of universities in pakistan who are actually having semester system and because of it most of the foreign companies like the pakistani students and prefer them to have a job with them . One can’t deny the tallent of Pakistani’s and Indian’s , whereever they , they bring the revolution in the system and make the system more stable , that may be the reason why they are liked globally . So, I was talking about the semester system , in semester system there can be a lot of type , well the basic criteria is the same but some universities have brought some changes into it . Following are the most common types of semester system . The most important type is the Semester system in which you have 4 month cource and you got two exams , the first one is the mid tern which is 25% , the final exam is 50% and the rest of the 25% contribute to sessional . The other type is the Term system , In ten system you got only one exam which is the final exam and the weitage is about 75% then rest of the 25% contribute to sessionals .
