I have seen lots of people who just change their job because of money , in my opinion if you do job just for money then you can’t make strong position in organization . A good guy according to my point of view is one who make his position in organization without caring all the things - Position is somewhat which brings all the facilities and financial benefits to your pocket . All things are done gradually , but for this you have to wait for the things to come .

Right job is one which suits your needs , lots of people think that they have to move here , or they have to move there to get some extra benefits but believe me switching never brings you long term benefits , though in some cases you get good chances but again you have to work more efficiently in new organization and you have to learn all the things from scratch because you are new in that organization . So , just find good organization and make your position there rather than searching for another good competitor organization .
