We always make efforts to make ourself productive so that w get good opportunites in future but sometime we don’t get what we deserve , that could be because of some dark factors of our society . In our society one who do good work without a good attitude and relationships within the company don’t get good rewards for his work because at the end of the day company give good position to one who is perfect in every regard and to the one who is more friendly for all the employee’s  working around .

Yes its true that’s why I say again and again to perform and make productive yourself in every regard , weather its the matter of work or its the matter of some other event you should lead everything and thats the things which bring you in the eyes of management and at the time of promotion your name blend in front of their eyes .

So , its really important to consider lots of other things apart from the work you are doing , good relationship with your management is as much necessary as your job itself , for this you should make efforts and follow different techniques to make your good int he eyes of management .
