Job is always good as long as you are satisfied with it mentally as well as financially . You might have noticed that people don’t get a big salery hump until and unless they switch to some other company , yes its true because you have to search for change . If you will not then I have to say your career may be in danger . Constant learning is very necessary for promoting yourself in an organization .
Things which are necessary while you resign from your job are the timely submission of your resignation later & properly handover work to your replacement who will be working at your position after you leave the company . These two things are very necessary for leaving a good image in your company , everyone will praise you and you will be remembered in good words forever .
Timely submission of your resignation later is very necessary because in that period company may bring another replacement in place of you and he might have some time to learn things from you and in this way there is be no business effect to the company . Now a days lots of organization require advance three months notice when you leave the company and its appreciated , so be the one !
