If you are an HR manager with a reputed organization and wish to attract a pool of talented people to your organization in order to fuel its future growth, it is important that you get the best of the talents. However, the best of the talents do not get attracted without any motivation or incentives that you offer them. These incentives could be in different forms. But what is more important is the way in which these incentives are presented to the prospective employee.
The job description format that you use in order to attract the employees must contain a few necessary details. Most importantly the job role, which is the kind of work that the future employee will have to do day in an day out if he/she joins the company. This is important for any employee since if he does not find the work motivating enough, he might just not apply. Second most important thing is the mention of the person to whom the prospective employee needs to report to. This is important for the employee to maintain and expect good guidance from his boss.
Another important thing is the future growth possibilities. If an employee does not see growth prospects in an organization, he does not even think of appearing for the interview. Hence, this is important. What is also important is the mention of the monetary incentives that the prospective employee can expect from an organization.
All the above information must be mentioned in a crisp and clear job description format. There are a huge variety of these sample job descriptions available on the internet.

Job satisfaction is very necessary if you are doing some kind of job just for earning some money and passing your time then I think you are wasting your time as your main goal is to pursue your career along with the current opportunity . Competence development is very necessary for everyone who are in job , evenever you will apply for big job then the only thing which will help you is the previous experience . If you will have a good experience and definitely you will get a good job with high payout but if you will have a experience and you don’t know anything technically then I don’t thing building a career will be an easy thing for you .
Making a good career is not that easy because at every level you have to put your efficiency and you have to prove yourself as a team leader and a good resource for an organization . An organization never layoff such a person who is beneficial to them and who can be more beneficial to them in the long run . I think that makes a good point .
In fact everyone is satisfied in Job when he get a good position with good salary package but there are some other things which are also very necessary for making career profile i-e the group or the company you are working for . Working in a good company can boost up your position in market more rapidly then any other can . As you guys know that I have completed my BSC Electrical engineering last month and now I am completely free – I am applying for the jobs but the problem is there is no value of fresh graduates in the market and no one give any job to fresh graduates if they are not skilled – In fact I was doing internship in one multi National company but at the end of my internship they didn’t offer me a job there ! It must be because of the reason that I am not skilled enough to meet their criteria . However , I have applied for MS in some popular universities in Canada and I would continue my stay there in Canada . As you guys know that I belong to Asia and I have a lot of problem in making a Visa for Canada – However as I have completed my BSC here in Canada so I don’t think I would make some extra effort to prolong my visa , all I have to do is to make a case and find some good Toronto Immigration Lawyer who can pursue all the things for me .
Actually Immigration is not a big deal for a person who is already living in Canada and if you have passed around 4 hours in Canada then it’s just a matter of formality to build a case to prolong the visa , so that’s why I am not worried about this visa thing , just I want admission in some reputed university so that I can continue my MS . I was thinking that whether Canada is the best place for doing MS in Engineering or I should move to some top ranking universities ?
